Ed Williams, Chief Executive Officer
Ed has more than 20 years of executive management and leadership experience in a variety of high-tech fields. As CEO, he is responsible for driving Novinda’s strategic direction and is building a solid customer base, a world-class internal team, and a strong set of partnerships and investors for Novinda.Prior to joining Novinda, Ed served as CEO of Firefly Energy Corporation, an advanced energy storage technology provider to power utility and transportation markets, where he guided the company’s formation, product development, and market strategy through its critical early-growth and initial production stage. As a tenured information technology industry executive, Ed has directed a number of early stage and large company business units to accelerated growth and profitability in software and hardware product markets.
Recognizing the key role that early stage technology companies play in contributing to the local and national economy, Ed participates in advisory board, and boards of directors for a variety of early stage technology companies.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a guest lecturer at the University of Colorado undergraduate and graduate business schools.
