Joe Hammond, Principal Project Manager

A 25-year veteran of the electric utility industry, Joe has been involved with Novinda from the company’s inception in 2003, serving as a technical consultant and assisting in the setup and management of pilot and full scale demonstrations at electric utility host sites.

In conjunction with his role at Novinda, Joe is a Principal Project Manager at CH2M HILL where he works with industrial clients in the areas of siting and licensing, PSD construction air permitting, air pollution control, and development of environmental management programs. Prior to his position with CH2M HILL, he was the Environmental Manager for the Colorado Springs Utilities Electric Department. He also worked as a Process Engineer for several large air pollution control technology companies.

Joe has a BS in Environmental Engineering and is a Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado.
